1 46oz. can pineapple juice
1 12oz can frozen orange juice
juice of 2-lemons or Real lemon juice
5 mashed bananas
3 1/2 cup sugar
6 cups water
1 (2liter bottles 7-Up or ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and sugar, cool, then add juice and smashed bananas. Pour into large container and freeze. take out about 2 hours before serving and pour ginger all or 7-Up over in punch bowl. should be of slushy consistency when served
