Ingredients:  
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with juice
Topping:
1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 small box instant pudding vanilla
1 8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for cake together with mixed. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes.
Topping: Stir dry vanilla pudding into crushed pineapple until thickened. Fold into cool whip and spread on top of cold cake. Keep in refrigerator.

You can use a 9x13 pan- but I've baked it in 3 layers too. It's good lemon cake mix too.
