1 (16 oz) pkg frozen peas and carrots
1 can mushroom soup
1 1/3 c. water
1/2 c. milk
dash of salt
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice
2 c. left over chicken - cubed
1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in a saucepan frozen vegetables, soup, water, milk and salt. Bring to boil and simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour half of the mixture into a casserole then add the rice and chicken. Top with the remaining sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350ºF for ~20 minutes.
