1 3 lb. Boneless pork loin roast
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 tsp. Pepper
1/2 c. plum jam
1 1/2 tbsp. Red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
1/8 tsp. Ground allspice

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine garlic, sage, and pepper.
2. Rub over roast.
3. Place in roasting pan and bake for 2 hrs. at 350 degrees. (Meat should be 170 degrees on meat thermometer.)
Plum Sauce:

1. Combine jam, vinegar, soy sauce, dry mustard, and allspice in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Spread over roast during last 12/ hour of cooking.
