Bisquick baking mix, or any other baking mix
Raspberry jam

Heat oven to 450º. Prepare rolled biscuits as directed, roll 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 1 1/4 inch circles. Place 1 circle of dough on bottom of each of 10 to 12 ungreased muffin cups, 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches. Arrange 5 circles of dough around side of each muffin cup; press gently to seal circles. Fill center of each cup with about 1 tsp raspberry jam. Bake until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes.
