Ingredients:  
4-5 pounds of fresh peaches, sliced and pitted. (No need to peel)
1 pound fresh cherries stemmed and pitted
2 cups ketchup
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsps paprika
2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup honey
Add sliced jalepeno, Serrano or crushed red pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ongredients in a pot and cook until fruit is soft.
Blend mixture in a food processor or use an immersion blender until smooth.
Continue cooking until desired thicknessn approximately 20 minutes. The mixture will not thicken when processed.
Once thickened ladle into hot clean mason jars. Wipe rim of jars. Place lids on jars and tighten rings finger tight.
Process in a water bath or steamer for 20 minutes.
