4 Slices Bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
4 - 6 eggs, beaten
Salt and Pepper
Lots of Butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a 12 inch skillet melt 4 T of butter, add bread cubes gently brown to golden. Add 4 more Tablespoons of butter. As it melts add beaten eggs gently folding into the sauteed bread cubes. Salt and Pepper to taste.
Serve with your favorite breakfast meats and your voice of potatoes, if desired.
