Directions:
Bring eggs to room temperature about 1 1/2 hours
Pierce eggs with cake tester or hat pin
Place in cold water and bring to a boil
Turn flame off - cover and let stand for 20 minutes
Cool in cold water, drain and refrigerate

*I always had good results with the eggs, they never cracked.
