6 ounces tomato paste
15 ounces tomato sauce
1-2 Tablespoons of dried oregano (to taste)
2 Tablespoons Italian Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Tablespoon of garlic salt***
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon sugar **

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix tomato paste with the tomato sauce together in a medium bowl till smooth.
2. Add all the other ingredients and stir until evenly distributed throughout the sauce.
3. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste.
4. Spread on your favorite pizza crust.

NOTES: sugar can be omitted and will still taste good, or substitute honey.

This will make 2 large pizzas. Can be refrigerated for two weeks or upto 3 months in the freezer. Store in an airtight container.

***if you don't have garlic salt, do 3 parts of salt, 1 part of garlic powder***

This is really delicious. Can make pizza using large uncut Italian bread, or premade pizza dough. Can also make homemade dough too.
