Ingredients:
Ingredients:
¼ c. sourdough discard or start
¼ tsp. baking powder

Topping Options:

fresh herbs
fresh grated parmesan cheese or shredded mozzarella cheese
Private Selection® Italian Herb
everything bagel seasoning
garlic
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl add your discard, baking powder. Use a spoon to mix it together.
Prehead a skillet. We prefer to use a cast iron skillet. Add olive oil or butter to the pan.
Once the pan is hot, pour ¼ cup & discard onto the center of the pan. Use the spoon to spread the batter out to make a 5-6 inch round. You can add toppings now or after it is cooked.
We like to add toppings now and then flip the flatbread. You can then cook until that side is done. If you add some cheese to the flatbread, it will crisp up.
