2 ½ cups chopped cherries
½ cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract
½ tsp. vanilla
½ cup light cream
2 cup flour
½ tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Topping:
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup flour
¼ cup butter
½ tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, almond extract, vanilla and lights cream. Mix dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Add half dry ingredients to butter mixture, slowly add remaining dry mixture to butter mixture. Add cherries. Fill cupcake liners and top with strudel topping. Bake at 350ºF for 20 minutes.
