1 lb ground beef, browned/drained
1 (32 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 oz) carton Ricotta cheese
1 egg, well beaten
½ C Parmesan cheese
6 uncooked lasagna noodles
2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Add sauce and tomatoes to drained beef. Set aside. Combine egg, Ricotta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Spread 2 cups beef mixture over bottom of 11x7 casserole dish. Place three noodles in single layer on beef mixture. Spread cheese mixture on noodles; then sprinkle with Mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with beef mixture. Bake for 45 minutes or until noodles are tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
