4 hard boiled eggs,peeled and hollowed out

3 Tbsp. Mayo

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp. Parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil eggs until done.(put salt in the water-easier to peel). Take off shell and slice in half lengthwise. Put the yolks in small bowl and smash them. Then combine Mayo, Mustard, Salt, and Pepper and mix well until smooth and creamy. Stuff mixture into hollow of each egg white evenly. Sprinkle parsley on top.
