2 cups pecans
2 cups walnuts or all of one kind of nuts
1/4 cup butter
2 egg whites
3 shakes of salt
1 cup brown sugar
Directions:
Directions:
melt butter in cookie sheet at 325 degrees
beat egg whites until stiff with sugar and salt.
add nuts.
put nuts in cookie sheet and bake
bake about 15 minutes or more, turn and bake 15 minutes more
store in airtight container
