1/3 C Red Wine vinegar
1/3 C Olive Oil
1 small onion thinly sliced and separated
1 t salt
2 T dried parsley
1 t prepared mustard
1 T brown sugar
1/2 # of fresh button mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients EXCEPT mushrooms, and bring to a boil.

Add mushrooms and simmer 5 - 6 minutes.

Pour into a glass container and chill overnight, stirring on occasion.

Drain and serve with cocktail picks. Along with your favorite cocktail.
