1 lb Breakfast Sausage (Jimmy Dean)
4 cups Cubed Bread
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10 Eggs beaten
3 cups Milk
1 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
¼ tsp Onion Powder
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in well buttered 13x9 baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
Combine the next six ingredients and pour evenly over the bread and cheese.
Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the top.

Cover and chill overnight. Remove from frig 30 min before cooking
Bake uncovered 325 about 1 hour
