1 cup real Mayo
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
4 cups chopped or shredded turkey
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 cup cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Add mayo, cream of chicken soup, cheese and lemon juice in a sauce pan over medium heat and stir until cheese is melted. Set aside. Layer broccoli in the bottom of a glass baking dish, then layer your turkey on top of the broccoli. Pour sauce evenly over top and add buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350º until bubbly and crumbs are browned, usually about 30 minutes.

You can also substitute this with chicken. Great way to use up leftover turkey after Thanksgiving. Sometimes I make two and freeze one for later.
