2 cups water
1 cup roasted cashews
2 cups frozen white corn kernels, thawed
1 teaspoons granulated garlic
1 teaspoons chopped onion
¼ teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.

This simple homemade soup is low in salt, but high in all the good stuff: healthy fats and protein from the cashews and fiber from the corn.
