1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 c Flour
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs (beaten)
3 Bananas
3 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Spray a bread loaf (meat loaf) pan with non-stick cooking spray.

In a bowl, mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well blended.

Mash the 3 bananas.

In another bowl, mix together the beaten eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla. Pour mixture over dry ingredients. Mix well.

Stir banana mash into the batter. Blend well.

Pour into loaf pan and bake for 1 hour, or until knife stuck in middle of bread comes out clean.
