1 - 5.1 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 - 5.1 oz. box instant chocolate pudding
1 - 14.3 oz. package of Oreo cookies regular
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
16 oz. cool whip, softened
1/2 c. melted butter
3 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
Chocolate syrup and optional topping; Chocolate curls or your favorite chocolate candy

First layer:
Add whole Oreos to the food processor and pulse until crumbles are even. Set aside one cup of the crushed Oreos for the topping. Mix crushed Oreos with half cup of melted butter. Pat onto bottom of a 9x13 pan. Place in the refrigerator to chill.
Second layer:
Mix 8 oz. cream cheese then add 8 oz. cool whip and one cup powdered sugar. Spread over cooled, first layer. Place back in the refrigerator to chill.
Third layer:
Mix one pkg. instant vanilla pudding and one pkg. instant chocolate pudding together with 3 cups of cold milk. When thick, pour onto the top of the second layer.
Fourth layer:
Finally, spread 8 oz. cool whip over the third layer. Sprinkle with remaining crumbled Oreos. Drizzle with a light layer of chocolate syrup over the entire cake. |
