2 frozen pie crusts

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups half & half

1/2 tsp salt

3/4 cup diced green chiles (2 - 7 oz cans)

2 1/2 cups shredded jack cheese

3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake pie crusts at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Be sure to slash bottoms to keep from bubbling. Let cool.

2. Beat eggs, salt and half & half.

3. Put jack cheese and diced chiles in pie crusts.

4. Pour batter over chiles & cheese.

5. Spread cheddar cheese over the top.

6. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

7. Let sit for 15 minutes before serving.

Great with fresh salsa as a topping. Or try some sour cream and sliced green onions.
