Ingredients:  
1. 5 oz of tartaric acid
2. 12 lb berries
3. 1 quart of water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour tartaric acid over the berries.
2. Add quart of water and let stand for 24 hours and stir.
3. To every pint of juice stir in 1¼ cup sugar. Let stand for a few days, then bottle and cork tightly.
Keep in a cool place.
