3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 large egg
1/4 c canola or vegetable oil
1 and 1/2 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c swetened shredded coconut
1/2 c pienapple, diced and patted dry
1/2 c pecans chopped
Cream Cheese Frosting:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c butter,s oftened
1 powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/3 c chopped pecans

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a loaf pan with pam. In a large bowl, mix bananas, sugars, egg, adn oil until well combined. Ad flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix. Fold in coconut, pineapple, and pecans. Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
For frosting, beat cream cheese and butter. Add powdered sugar, vanilla,and cinnamon. Spread on colled bread; sprinkle with pecans.
