MEATBALLS
1. 2 eggs, beaten
2. ⅓ cup fine, dry bread crumbs
3. 1 can deviled ham (2½ oz)
4. 1 lb ground beef
5. ½ tsp salt
6. dash of pepper

SAUCE
1. 1 can minced pie filling (22 oz)
2. ⅓ cup apple juice
3. 1 Tbsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine all meatball ingredients and mix well. Shape into tiny meatballs and place in shallow baking pan.
2. Bake at 375º for 12-14 minutes. Cool. Remove from pan, cover and chill.
3. Combine all sauce ingredients and heat until bubbling. Add meatballs and heat thoroughly.
4. Add more apple juice if sauce become too thick.

Serve in chaffing dish
