4 C. water
3 C. sugar (more if a thicker liquor is desired)
1 quart 100 proof vodka
½ C. instant coffee
1 vanilla bean, cut in half
Directions:
Directions:
Combine first two ingredients in a a saucepan, and boil 10 minutes then cool.
In a gallon jug, combine vodka, coffee, and vanilla bean.
Add cooked sugar water to jug, and store in a dark, cool place for two weeks.
