Mini Asparagus Tarts Recipe

6 oz. Cream Cheese, softened
1 T Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix
½ package of frozen puff pastry, thawed (one full sheet)
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
12 oz. Asparagus, trimmed and cut to pieces

Oil for greasing
Flour for dusting

Hot Honey Dip
½ cup Honey
1 T hot sauce

Preheat oven to 400ºF
Combine cream cheese and ranch in small bowl. Set aside.
Grease square cake pan. 8x8 or 9x9
Flour cutting board and place puff pastry on floured area.
If it is not 8x8 or 9x9, strecth evenly, do not tear.
Apply cream cheese mixture to puff pastry.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese to completely cover inside of cake pan.
Next layer asparagus over parmesan.
Now transfer the puff pastry cream cheese side down over the asparagus.
( I am not that coordinated so I cut my pastry into fourths and I am able to flip it over one piece at a time)
Use a fork to pierce the pastry a few times.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool for 3 to 5 minutes and flip the pan onto a cookie sheet to cut into 12 squares.
For the dip, mix the honey and hot sauce and microwave for 30 seconds.
