1 c. butter, softened to room the,perature
1 c. packed light brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 T. vanilla extract
1 T. molasses
1 1/2 c. AP flour
1 t. baking soda
1½ t. cinnamon
½ t. salt
3 c. oatmeal, old-fashioned rolled
1 c. raisins

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. In mixer, fitted with paddle attachment, cream butter a both of the sugars on medium speed until smooth, about 2 minutes.
3. Add the eggs and mix on high until combined.
4. Scrape down the sides the bowl.
5. Add the vanilla and molasses and mix to combine.
6. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
7. Add to the mixer and mix on low to combine.
8. Add the oatmeal and raisins. (Dough will be very sticky)
9. Refrigerate dough for 30-60 minutes.
10.Using black scoop, scoop out dough onto parchment paper.
11. Bake at 350º for 12-14 minutes until lightly brown. Centers will look a little under baked.
12. Let sit on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing.
