2 cans del monte fresh cut white corn drained
1/2 cup red onion chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 seeded and jalapeņos
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
Optional 1 large roasted poblano pepper peeled seeded and finely chopped

Directions:

Add corn, onion cilantro, jalapeņos, lime juice, lemon juice & salt to a bowl.
Gently mix together and chill
