12oz package white American cheese
8oz pepper jack cheese
1 to 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk

Tear American cheese into pieces and place in large sauce pan shred pepper jack cheese on a cheese grater and place in pan with American cheese add one can evaporated milk place on stove top and turn heat to medium gently stir and continue to stir as cheese melts add more milk if desired up to 1/2 more of another can.
