2 cups boiling water
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Brand Blue flavor Gelatin
1 pkg ( 4 serving size) Jello Brand Gelatin, any flavor
1 cup cold water
1 tub (8 oz) CoolWhip
8 Jet-puffed marshmallos
Colored Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir 1 cup boiling water into each package of gelatin in sperate bowls for 2 minutes or until completely dissolved. Stir 1/2 cup cold water into each bowl of gelatin. Pour into sperate 8" square pans. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1/2" cubes.

Layer blue gelatin cubes, 2 cups whipped topping and red gelatin cubes in 8 dessert dishes. Dollop each with remaining whipped topping. Flatten marshmallows; cut into star shapes. Moisten slightly and sprinkle with colored sugar. Place on top of parfaits. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Make 8 servings.
