Ingredients:  
1. Tin of borlotti beans
2. 4oz macaroni pasta
3. 4 tablespoons olive oil
4. 1 large onion chopped
5. 4 garlic cloves crushed
6. 2 pods of tomato puree (140grams or 5 tablespoons)
7. salt and pepper.
8. 1 tablespoon mixed herbs or use fresh
9. 2 pints water

1. Chop onion and fry gently in olive oil in a large pan until soft but not brown
2. Add crushed garlic, tomato puree and herbs and stir round for a minute
3. Add beans and water and bring to the boil
4. Add pasta and cook until the pasta is soft.
5. Add salt and pepper
6. Allow to cool and when it does it will become thicker then you can reheat when
ready to serve

You can adjust the water content according to how thick you like it. When it is cold it
will become solid but by adding more water when reheating it will be a soup consistency.This is nice served with crusy bread or corn bread.
