1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 oz package Cole slaw mix
1 1/2 oz package broccoli Cole slaw mix
2 packages ramen noodles (either beef or oriental flavor)
1/4 cup seeded sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, or raw chopped peanuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees
Place almonds on baking sheet and roast for 8 minutes
Combine olive oil, vinegar, soy sauce & sugar and whisk
Large bowl mix together Cole slaw and broccoli slaw
Before opening ramen noddles break into small pieces
Add ramen to slaw
Add almonds and sesame seeds
Add ramen seasoning packet to your dressing
Pour dressing over slaw mixture and mix well
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or best overnight
Served chilled
