2 ½ Cups cooked cubed potatoes
1 small chopped onion
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 Tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
½ -3/4 cup Miracle Whip
3-4 hard-boiled eggs cut in sixths

Directions:

1. While potatoes are still warm, toss with sugar & vinegar.
2. Add rest of ingredients and toss.
3. Fold in eggs carefully and chill

I use red potatoes, I do not peel them. I also use the small red & purple potatoes, that makes the salad more colorful.
