4 large potatoes, peeled, boiled and kept warm
3 strips bacon, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
1/4 c. dill pickle, chopped fine
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. paprika

In large skillet, fry chopped bacon until crisp. Add to skillet water, vinegar, sugar, dry mustard and paprika. Heat to boiling. Slice potatoes and add to skillet. Mix thoroughly and serve
