1 kilogram minced beef
2 Onions sliced
2 Garlic cloves crushed
1 kilogram 600 grams Chopped tomatoes
30 grams tomato puree
½ teaspoon chilli powder
100 grams frozen diced mixed peppers
400 grams kidney beans
30 grams vegetable bouillon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to GM5/375°F/190°C or Steamer.
1. Dry fry the mince and onions.
2. Add the garlic, chilli powder and diced peppers and stir well.
3. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and bouillon.
Bring to the boil and allow to simmer for 45 minutes. Or transfer into a warmed, deep gastronorm and cover with lid. Cook for 40 minutes in oven or steamer.
4. Add the kidney beans and cook through for a further 15 minutes
5. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with rice.
