9 lasagna noodles
1 1/2 lbs of ground beef
1/2 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1 jar of Marianna sauce, divided.
16 oz of whole-milk cottage cheese
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
16 oz mozzarella cheese grated and divided
small fresh basil leaves for serving (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook Lasagna noodles per package directions and drain and let cool.
Add beef to medium skillet and brown 5-6 minutes, poor off excess fat
Stir in onion, garlic and salt and pepper and half of the marinara sauce, until heated about 3 minutes.
In a medium bowl combine cottage cheese, eff, and dried herbs, and mozzarella cheese
add remaining marinara sauce to an 8 X 8 baking dish and place on cooking sheet (in case of spills)
Arrange a few cooled Lasagna noodles at a time on a work surface, then 1/3 cup of cheese mixture. Roll up and transfer to baking dish exposed filling side up. Spook remaining meat sauce into each roll up and top with remaining cheese mixture
Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and back until bubbling and mozzarella is melted
about 25-30 minutes. let cool for 10 minutes and reserve with fresh basil
