2 cloves of garlic minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan, add garlic for 30 seconds. Add cream, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese
