2 lbs. chicken breasts
olive oil
2 large onions chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
fresh parsley
sweet vermouth
4 Delmonte tomato sauce 8 oz. each

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken up into small pieces.

Saute chicken in olive oil until lightly browned and then remove from pan.

To the skillet juices, add the chopped onions, minced garlic and chopped parsley.

After the onion mixture is cooked, add the sweet vermouth with a quick swish and cook for a few minutes.

Add the 4 cans of Delmonte tomato sauce.

Add the chicken back to the pan.

Cook for approx. 1 hour on VERY low flame.
