10 oz elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp butter
3 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 evaporated milk 12 oz can
2 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheese
1 cup shredded fontina cheese
Fresh thyme (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to box directions and reserve 1/2 cup of the cooking water
In large skillet melt butter
And flour mustard salt and pepper until smooth
Whisk in evaporated milk and bring to boil
Reduce and cook for a minute until thickened
Add both cheeses and reserved water until melted and smooth
Remove from heat and stir in macaroni until coated
Transfer to serving dish and add thyme
