1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
1 cup dark brown sugar
1 large egg
1/2 TBSP vanilla
1/2 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt
1/2 old fashioned oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup chocolate chips semi sweet or dark chocolate

Directions:

Cream butter dark brown sugar egg vanilla
In a separate bowl combine flour baking soda salt oats
Mix well
Add butter sugar mixture to dry mixture with mixer
Stir in coconut and chips
Bake at 350 for 13-14 minutes
