SALAD:
3 large Roma tomatoes, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 English cucumber, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1 medium avocado, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
1/3 C. Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
1/2 (15-oz) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 C. fresh parsley, chopped

DRESSING:
1/4 C. extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 small clove garlic, finely grated
1/2 tsp. salt, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1) In a large bowl, place the tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, olives, and chickpeas.
2) In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon-pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Whisk to combine.
3) Transfer dressing to the bowl with vegetables. Sprinkle with parsley and mix to combine. Season with remaining 1/4 tsp. salt
