Minced garlic
1 pint heavy cream
1 cup fresh shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper

In sauce pan melt butter add garlic cook 2 minutes
Add heavy cream and cream cheese
Add Parmesan cheese
