1 # thin egg noodles
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
3/4 cup grated parmesan
salt,
ground black pepper
chopped parsley
1/2 cup cubed ham
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
-Beat eggs;
- melt butter;
-brown ham;
-add cream;
-add cheese and stir until melted;
-Incorporate eggs;
-Cook until thickened, add salt, pepper to taste;
-Boil pasta, leave slightly al-dente.
-Drain cooked pasta and save 1 cup of pasta water to thin out sauce if needed.
-Add pasta to sauce and stir in until well coated and
-Add chopped parsley and ground parmesan cheese on top.
