2 tin white beans, drained and rinsed
1 big handful of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 big avocado, cubed
1 big handful of freshly chopped parsley
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Juice from 1 lemon or lime
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

1. Literally just get a big bowl, throw all the ingredients in, mix together until well combined
2. Adjust seasoning if needed and enjoy!
