4 C. salad greens
2-4 tomatoes
1/2 C. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tsp. salt
1 T. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. salmon, tuna, or chicken
6-8 radishes
1 C. small cheese crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1) Cover tomatoes with boiling water for 1 hour. Peel and chill.
2) Add garlic, salt, vinegar and Worcestershire to mayonnaise. Chill.
3) Cut tomatoes into chunks and add.
4) Add fish or chicken.
5) Slice radishes and add, then toss everything together.
6) Add crackers just before serving.
