1 pkg. lime jello
1 C. boiling water
1 C. crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 C. boiling water
1 C. heavy cream
1 3-oz. pkg. cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Dissolve lime jello in boiling water. Cool.
2) Fold in the pineapple and pour into a ring mold. Chill until firm.
3) Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water. Cool.
4) Whip the cream, then blend in the cream cheese. Blend with the lemon jello.
5) Pour on top of the firm lime jello/pineapple layer. Chill again.

Instead of a ring mold, divide ingredients between small glasses or clear plastic cups for individual servings.

Dream Whip or Cool Whip can be substituted for the heavy cream.
