8 ounces egg noodles
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion chopped (small)
8 ounces mushrooms sliced
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup dry white wine
6 tbsp. flour
3 cups nonfat milk
1/2 tsp. pepper
12 ounces canned chuck light tuna in water (drained) can use more
1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
1 cup finely shredded parmesan cheese (divided)
1/2 cup course dry breadcrumbs

Cook noodles per package instructions. drain and rinse
Preheat oven broiler to low
In skillet cook onion, mushrooms salt and pepper until onion is soft and browned
add wine and cook 4-5 minutes until evaporated
sprinkle flour over mixture and combine
Stir in tuna, peas and parmesan cheese until combined
stir in noodles and combine
spray casserole pan and spread mixture and top with breadcrumbs and remaining cheese
Broil until bubbly about 3-4 minutes
