1 3/4 cups Honey Maid graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 - 8oz. packages of cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 cup of sour cream
topping fruit (optional)

Directions:
Combine in a bowl crumbs, melted butter and 1/4 of sugar. Press to bottom 8-9" spring form pan and put in freezer while making the filling
Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy.
Beat in eggs one at a time. Blend in sour cream.
Pour into spring form pan with crust.
Bake at 350 degree for 60-70 minutes or until center is set.
Turn off oven, leaving door slightly open for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and put in fridge overnight.
Remove from spring form pan and top with fruit topping or serve plain or with whipped cream
