4-6 chicken breasts (skinned and boned)
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp. dry sherry
1 1/2 cup of unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Muenster or provolone cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and marinate chicken over night. Grill, sauté or bake chicken.
Baste with marinate only during the first several minutes of cooking.
Top each breast with a slice of muenster or provolone cheese and broil until cheese starts to melt
