3 cups Bisquick Original or Reduced Fat baking mix
1½ cups finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham
4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp parsley flakes
2 tsp prepared, spicy mustard
⅔ cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15 ½ x 10 ½ x 1 inch. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart in pan. Bake 20-25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. About 7dozen appetizers.
